| : | “This 1975 Super Beetle convertible is a great driver. The 1.6L engine runs great. It was converted from injection to carburetors. The 4 speed manual transmission shifts well. The clutch is a bit high but functions good. The interior and soft top are in great shape for their age. The suspension is good. The brakes are a bit sticky but I will have them serviced before delivery of the car and they will be good. The body and paint are in nice shape. No visible rust. The floors are solid. There is one hole in the floor made to get the wire from the battery to the back but there is no rust. The hood release cable in the glove box is loose but it opens the hood properly. The aftermarket wheels are in nice shape. Tires are good. Bumpers and other chrome pieces are in nice shape” |
